Five days
that make
the difference

Ice time, dryland training, boxing and games — Monday to Friday, led by coaches who developed players drafted to the NHL.

Born 2011–2019 5 days · Mon–Fri Pilsen · Chomutov

01What's included

On the ice

Two sessions a day — skating, stick technique, shooting and game situations. Groups are split by birth year, so players of a similar level train together.

Off the ice

Conditioning, athletics and boxing. Not an add-on, but a full part of the day — this is where speed, power and resilience get built.

Games and the draft

Midweek, a festive team draft and games — players are split into teams and play for real, the highlight of the whole camp.

5 days, Monday to Friday
on-ice sessions per day
10+ players drafted to the NHL

Inside and outside edge. The detail that decides every turn — we teach players to feel it and measure it.

03What a typical day looks like

  1. Morning Check-in, an on-ice session or off-ice conditioning.
  2. Lunch and break A warm meal, rest, a snack during the afternoon.
  3. Afternoon Second session — on-ice game situations, athletics or boxing.
  4. End of day Around 5pm. Later on Wednesday because of the games.

Registered players get exact times before the camp starts — they vary by turnus and age group.

Three off-ice training modes. Each block targets a different system — the body is built in layers.
