One goal.

In 2013, he became the youngest coach in the history of the Czech 2nd league. Today he oversees the quality of every training session at LZ Hockey.

Before that, he led youth teams in Rokycany to titles and then coached the first team of HC Klatovy. He completed placements in the USA — Detroit Red Wings and Ann Arbor U18 — where he picked up a modern approach to methodology and video analysis.

Lukáš is the face of LZ Hockey and the lead author of the Effectivity · Creativity · Game Intelligence methodology.

He's been into hockey since he was 6. He co-founded LZ Hockey and brings an active player's perspective into the coaching methodology.

Together with Lukáš, he built LZ Hockey from 2008 into what it is today — from the first summer camps through international tournaments to our own arena in Holoubkov.

Ondra is the main point of contact for players in the FUN and LEARNING categories and leads a number of individual sessions in Holoubkov.

Runs the day-to-day of the academy, event organisation and communication with parents.

The first person to get in touch when you submit a camp application, and the one who coordinates daily life at the Skill Center in Holoubkov. The main point of contact for most parents at LZ Hockey.
