FUTURE STEPS (IFK Helsinky Academy)
The tournament will serve as a development opportunity for the players' future careers.
That is why, as part of the tournament, we will visit the IFK Helsinki Academy and see how they work with young people. You will get in touch with people and coaches who are responsible for developing the top talents in Finnish hockey.
At the end, we will give you the contact details for this academy as another option for your future career.
CAOCHING (CoachNow App)
However, our main focus is on the personal development of each player, which is why we create a personal CoachNow profile for each player.
During the tournament, we will upload short videos from the matches specifically for each player.
This way, we'll focus on maximizing their development in both their playing and personal skills.
Before and during the tournament, we'll also pay a lot of attention to a professional approach to match preparation (match videos, playbook, tactical instructions, mental preparation).
