Special Trainings is an advanced training program aimed at developing hockey players who want to get closer to the level of junior and professional hockey. This program offers not only technical improvement, but also a clear vision of how a player can differentiate and specialize in his role on the team.

Key aspects of the program:

1.Individual feedback with video analysis

Each player receives detailed feedback using video. We analyze his game, identify key elements for improvement and show how these aspects will take his performance to the next level. Videofeedback helps the player to better understand his strengths and weaknesses and gives him concrete steps to improve.

2.Recommendations for personal development and specialization

In cooperation with the coaches, players not only receive recommendations on how to further improve, but also specific direction on where to develop their playing style. This approach helps players understand how they can specialize to best contribute to the team and build a unique role. We advise on what aspects to focus on to become key players for their team.

3.Specialized training on specific skills for defenders and forwards

The program focuses on the key skills needed for each player role.

• Defenders: They practice moving on the blue line, one-on-one defense, defending the space in front of their own goal, and passing out of the defensive zone.

• Forwards: Focus on analyzing goalie movement, shooting effectively, outmuscling opponents, creating chances in the slot area, and improving one-on-one play.
