Draft Match is an exclusive event for young hockey players in years 14,15,16,17 focused on developing playing skills and creativity. Players have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills without strict tactical restrictions, encouraging their creative thinking. The event begins with an introductory session that focuses on key game principles. Players are introduced to the "stop and play" method, which allows them to analyze game situations in real time and improve. Playfulness is brought into the training by SmolenRá Games, which encourage creativity. The training is followed by a draft ceremony where the players are divided into teams. Each player goes through a unique experience of the festive atmosphere. Games are played on a constricted field where players receive valuable feedback from coaches and are motivated to be creative and collaborative. After the matches, the best players who were not afraid to show their potential are evaluated. The event also includes a "trade" between players, allowing them to adapt to new teammates and gain new experiences for their future careers. Ceremonial draft and matches

Players will experience a unique draft ceremony where they are divided into teams. Matches on a narrowed field provide valuable feedback from coaches and motivate them to be creative and collaborative.

Game skills and Development

Development Focus on key game principles and creativity without tactical limitations. Players will improve through stop and play and small area games, as well as feedbacks on basic game skill principles.

Adaptacion and new Experiences

The event includes a "trade" between players who have to adapt to new teams. This allows them to gain valuable experience for their future hockey career. Draft Match inspires young talents to grow further.

  • 1x OFF-ICE TRAINING
    Focus on reactions and agility with application to the game
  • 1x ON-ICE TRAINING
    Technique of Stop and Play and Small area games
  • DRAFT - SELECTION INTO TEAMS
    There will be a draft team distribution ceremony
  • 2x SMALL AREA MATCHES
    Between the games there will be a "trade" between the teams and at the end the best players will be announced
  • EVENT SUMMERY AND RECOMMANDATION
    Recommendations for training and further development.
